Pilot & quotation requests

Scope your CraftOS pilot.

Tell us about one workflow, your available data and the outcome you want to measure. We will review technical fit before proposing scope and commercial terms.

Action / Interface

Paid pilot / scoped before purchase

One crop workflow. Twelve weeks. Evidence you can use.

For lawful cultivation facilities, research teams and institutional training programs. Start with one agreed room, crop run or teaching lab. Measure the baseline, document operator decisions and review costs and outcomes.

Weeks 1–2: baseline

Agree the workflow, available data, responsibilities and success criteria. Record starting conditions and known gaps.

Weeks 3–10: operate

Use crop records, operator evidence and a cost ledger. Review observations and distinguish measured results from simulations.

Weeks 11–12: review

Deliver a baseline comparison, evidence export, cost report and recommendations for the next cycle.

Technical fit, data access, staffing and hardware availability are checked before acceptance. Scope, fee, deliverables and support are agreed in writing. Hardware, installation and laboratory testing are quoted separately when needed. Yield improvements and savings are measured outcomes, never guarantees.

Request Pilot Scope

Request → technical review → written proposal → agreed start. Submitting a request creates no payment obligation.
