What Data We Handle
Kether Craftfarmer processes cultivation records, facility telemetry, genetics data, learner records, evidence submissions, cart and order information, and AI-generated analysis. We do not claim security certifications, encryption standards, or regulatory compliance statuses that have not been formally verified.
Access Your Data
You can view your cultivation records, telemetry, genetics data, and learner records within the app at any time.
Data Retention
Personal data is retained while your account is active. Institutional, educational, and credential records may be retained for accreditation, audit, and legal obligations even after account deletion, with personal identifiers anonymized.
Delete Your Data
You can request permanent deletion of your account and personal data at any time. Some records may be retained for legal obligations with anonymized identifiers.
Data Portability
You can export your cultivation records, configurations, and evidence submissions from the respective Command Center modules.
Anonymization
When records must be retained for legal or institutional reasons, your personally identifiable information is replaced with anonymized identifiers. The retained data cannot be linked back to you.
