Cannabis Commerce Boundary
Kether Craftfarmer is a cultivation intelligence, facility telemetry, professional education, hardware, software, evidence infrastructure, and operational decision support platform. It does not sell or facilitate the sale of cannabis, cannabis flower, clones, seeds, controlled substances, or dispensary products.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Kether Craftfarmer, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
License to Use
Kether Craftfarmer grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the cultivation intelligence, facility telemetry, educational, and hardware configuration features for lawful professional, institutional, research, or educational purposes.
Cannabis Commerce Prohibition
Kether Craftfarmer does not sell cannabis, cannabis flower, clones, seeds, controlled substances, or dispensary products. The platform does not facilitate cannabis transactions of any kind. Cultivation intelligence features are intended only for lawful professional, institutional, research, educational, or otherwise authorized use.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, facility, licensing, safety, and employer requirements. Kether University credentials and certificates do not replace government licenses, permits, or regulatory approvals.
Genesis AI & Physical Safety
Genesis AI provides analysis, recommendations, and advisory output only. It does not have unrestricted direct actuator authority. Physical actuation requires validated hardware bindings, safety envelopes, and explicit human approval. The safety plane remains authoritative over all automated recommendations.
Physical vs Digital Purchases
Stripe checkout is used only for physical goods and eligible real-world services (sensors, controllers, hardware kits, irrigation equipment, installation services). Consumer digital entitlements on iOS are designed for Apple In-App Purchase via StoreKit. Institutional licenses use organization-level entitlements under existing business contracts.
No Warranty
Kether Craftfarmer is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific outcomes from cultivation recommendations. Cultivation intelligence is advisory in nature and does not guarantee cultivation results.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kether Craftfarmer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, crops, revenue, or profits arising from use of the platform.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time using the in-app Account Deletion feature. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the application. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
